Hyatt Hotels has launched its re-branded Gold Passport program and TripleInk was responsible for extending the program to their global audiences.Gold Passport is a database-driven loyalty program aimed at retaining and up-selling Hyatt’s best customers with segment-specific messages and promotions. The print and interactive in-language components are aimed at Hyatt’s extensive customer base outside the U.S.; they complement and strengthen a program that already enjoys wide recognition within the industry and by frequent travelers. Gold Passport members around the world now receive promotional and marketing materials in their preferred language.
“As relationship marketing is becoming more and more sophisticated, global travelers are expecting their business partners and service providers to communicate in their language rather than in universal business English,” said Christa Tiefenbacher-Hudson, TripleInk’s managing director. TripleInk has adapted the re-branded collateral, direct mail and interactive components (website and e-mails) created by Rapp Collins Worldwide to Chinese, Japanese, French, and German, while ensuring that the brand message remains consistent across all media and languages.
