Below is a summary of the most relevant results and conclusions from our 2012 Client Satisfaction Survey.
- Translation & Transcreation is the most important service that we provide to our clients, closely followed by Multicultural Consulting and Interactive Production. Type/Layout and Audio-visual Production Services share fourth place, and Creative and Design ranks fifth in importance for our clients. Overall, our clients are taking advantage of our complete offering of services, which promises continued successful partnerships.
- 100 % of survey respondents are Very Satisfied or Satisfied with the quality of our services across all categories.
- At a time when budgets are being cut everywhere, it was good to see that 78 % of our clients were either Very Satisfied or Satisfied with the Value for Your Money. This indicates that our efforts to increase efficiency and productivity continue to pay off for our clients.
- Of those clients who are responsible for budgets and scheduling, 100 % stated that their projects were delivered on budget and on time, while meeting or exceeding their expectations.
