Client Survey

TripleInk has finalized their 2010 Client Satisfaction Survey. The survey was completed by 34 participants, which represents a response rate of 24%. Below is a summary of the most relevant results and conclusions. You can also click on the link at the bottom of this page for detailed responses.

  • Translation & Transcreation is still by far the most important service that we provide to our clients; however, Multi-media Production, Multicultural Consulting as well as Creative and Design are becoming increasingly important.
  • 88% of respondents are either Very Satisfied or Satisfied with the quality of our Translation & Transcreation services. Similarly, the great majority of those who rated the quality of our other services were either Very Satisfied or Satisfied.
  • Our client service, as it relates to understanding and meeting clients' needs, accessibility, responsiveness and professional know-how, continues to rank high with 94% of respondents, who are either Very Satisfied or Satisfied.
  • Over 80% of respondents are Very Satisfied or Satisfied with the quality of our client service in regards to project turnaround and understanding of their products and business.
  • Of those who rated our value for their money, the majority were either Very Satisfied or Satisfied.
  • 100% of those who were able to answer questions about their most recent project stated that it was delivered on time and on budget, while meeting or exceeding their expectations.

Conclusions:

  • Our clients’ responses indicate a high degree of satisfaction across the board when it comes to the quality of our services. The survey has helped us identify specific areas in need of improvement, which we plan to address.
  • The high levels of satisfaction in regards to our client service are a clear testament to our talented and dedicated team of account and project managers.
  • While client satisfaction is high in all categories, one is especially important at a time when budgets are being cut everywhere: value for your money. This indicates that our efforts to increase efficiency and productivity without compromising quality are paying off for our clients, literally!
  • The fact that our full offering of services is becoming more equally weighted in importance to our clients paired with our positioning as a full-service agency promises many years of successful partnerships with our clients.
  • The more we know about our clients’ business and products, the better we can serve our clients. We will continue to deepen our knowledge within the scope of our assignments.
